• Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates.
• Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. Follow these simple steps: Register first, here  for Travel Protection (After registration is completed, click on Insure It on the following page)
• All prices are based on double occupancy.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Please make your reservations today to lock in this low price!
• We offer roommate matching for this trip. When making your reservations please select “double occupancy” and when asked for your roommate’s name please enter “request roommate match”
• All payments to Bee Fly Luxury Travel  are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• We accept full, quarterly, or monthly payments.
• Monthly payments are due on the date you submitted your deposit each month.
• Late payments will incur a $45 late fee. Once a late fee is assessed, your invoice will be adjusted and the late fee must be paid with your next monthly payment.
• Final payment is due 60 days ​prior to departure.
• It is the guests’ responsibility to notify us of all email address changes as well as physical address changes.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, changes can be made at least 60 days prior to departure, a fee will be accessed.
• Monthly & Quarterly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required.
• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
